Robert “Bobby” Hollis is a proud Texas native, retired United States Army veteran, and accomplished financial management professional whose career has been defined by service, leadership, and integrity. After serving more than 22 years in the United States Army, Bobby continued his commitment to public service through the federal civilian workforce, where he has spent years supporting government organizations through financial management, budgeting, resource planning, and strategic decision-making. His expertise in fiscal oversight, financial analysis, and operational effectiveness has helped organizations successfully navigate complex challenges while maintaining accountability and long-term sustainability.

Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has built his career on the principles of discipline, responsibility, and servant leadership.
