Lynn Hollis

Lynn Hollis is a native of San Antonio, Texas, and proudly calls the Texas Hill Country home. Her journey in healthcare began in 2008 as a medical assistant, where her curiosity, determination, and passion for learning quickly led her to gain experience in a variety of specialties including sonography, radiology, allergy testing, nerve conduction studies, and patient care.

Driven by a desire to create a better future for her family, Lynn worked tirelessly to put herself through nursing school while raising her children. She earned her Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credentials in 2013 and continued to expand her clinical expertise through urgent care medicine, becoming proficient in IV hydration therapy, phlebotomy, ACLS, and BLS. Her dedication and leadership eventually led her to oversee operations as Logistics Manager for five urgent care clinics before advancing to the role of Director of Nursing within a primary care practice.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, Lynn continues to pursue advanced medical education while expanding her knowledge of aesthetics, regenerative medicine, wellness, and patient care. She believes true beauty begins with confidence, authenticity, and feeling empowered in your own skin.

Above all else, Lynn is a proud mother of three sons and is grateful for the love and support of her husband. Family means everything to her and has become the foundation upon which Empower Aesthetics was built. What began as a vision for exceptional aesthetic care has grown into a relationship-driven culture centered on trust, compassion, and genuine connection. Lynn firmly believes that people should always come before profits, and that meaningful relationships are the true measure of success.

As both a nurse and an artist, Lynn approaches every client interaction with a servant’s heart, honoring the oath she took to do no harm while helping others discover confidence in themselves. She is passionate about creating an environment where clients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for—not simply as customers, but as members of the Empower Aesthetics family.
