Meet Empix, Chief Guest Happiness Officer

Don’t let the fluffy face fool you—Empix takes his role in guest services very seriously (except when there’s a squirrel outside). Empix specializes in warm welcomes, tail wags, and strategic napping. With a tail that wags faster than our Wi-Fi and a bark that means “Welcome!”, Empix is the four-legged heart of our guest services team.

Empix has a PhD in Cuteness and a minor in Treat Negotiations, Empix has a nose for sniffing out good vibes and treats, Empix ensures every guest feels at loved and at home—whether it’s greeting guests with a slobbery smile, supervising snacks (strict quality control!), or emotional support with his therapeutic love pup sessions, and spontaneous zoomies during visits.

When he’s not greeting guests or sneaking belly rubs, you’ll find him lounging in sunbeams, pawsitive energy with cozy vibes, or paw-sitive reviews of our guests (he rates everyone 11/10). He is all fluff and flair.

Fun Fact: Empix has never missed a snack or a nap and once held a staff meeting entirely through tail wags—it was the most productive one we’ve ever had.
