Before earning his nursing credentials, Dillon worked as a medical assistant in critical care, primary care, urgent care, and oncology, gaining valuable experience while caring for patients through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. These experiences helped cultivate the compassion, empathy, and commitment to service that continue to guide his approach to patient care today.
